Went for a rather pedestrian ( heh) walk slash jog with the doggies after work. Got my wind up, dripped some sweat for a bit, but enjoyed yesterday's festivities immensely more. Tomorrow the kids come with.

It may be 'mundane' but it is back in the saddle. I will be trying to get back tonight. Back with the team. just need to keep it up on days I am alone.
