sweaty, finally
Went out at 5:30 today and the humidity had already kicked it up a notch. Cookie accompanied VGfatdog and I on our trot this morning...little bastard outsprinted me to the finish...wish i could say i let him win, but i was trying like hell and couldn't quite catch him. MMR says we went 2 miles. we walked quite a bit in the middle, but it was still good.

Good job. I about died running last night. Keep it up and go at night with Mrs. VGFatboy for doubles and quiet time.
