I went 3.5 miles in 48 minutes yesterday. A seven minute improvement, which could have been better, but my calves were getting tight so I walked the last ten minutes. I've added 30 seconds to my run/walk splits, as the C25k program dictates. I'm thinking a sub 40 minute 5k is now possible.
Fish fry tonight, so I took a half day.
