Where the sidewalk ends...

There is a place where the sidewalk endsAnd before the street begins,And there the grass grows soft and white,And there the sun burns crimson bright,And there the moon-bird rests from his flightTo cool in the peppermint wind. ( tip of the Boilermaker Stomping Illini hat to Shel Silverstein)

3.5 miles...in about 50 minutes. Way too slow, but make it, I did. and I'm not ready to keel over. My house around Henson Park and back....

Awesome dude, just awesome. Ally went 3.6 miles in 45 minutes on Saturday at my coaching debut. That'll give you some incentive for competition.

You can do it. Set an awesome goal and set a reasonable. Put them here in web print and then go for it.

Great job! My first time out with Mike last Saturday surprised the heck out of me. I did not expect that I'd do the pace I did mostly walking. I can almost run a full 10th but my breathing gets out of control. Once I get that figured out I think I can hit the goal you've set as well. Ra Ra for both of us!
